This collision shop was great! They worked my vehicle in and still finished with great results in a timely manner. They handled everything professionally and were knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone and I hope I don’t have to but if I need another body shop they are my first choice

The lack of communication from the collision center to me, is distasteful. I was in communication from the beginning with a younger female, who was pleasant from the start. I called Thursday to see where they were with completion on my car, and was told by the end of last week. I was lied to, as I called first thing this morning, and whoever it was answering the phone was completely rude with an attitude. I was nice and pleasant from the start of the conversation, and by the end Beas furious. I stopped in around 130 pm today 11/10/25, asked a young female worker if my car was ready to be picked up..She looks over to the older lady who spoke with me this morning, and told her to behave. I had my Chevy Traverse repaired after my vehicle was rear-ended. The was great and repaired my new vehicle to my expectations, they heard my concerns and addressed this with the other drivers insurance company. Overall the whole process was quick and painless.

Was there 2 different times in couple months time period. Mr. Hanna and his team are exceptional at walking you through the process. Absolutely recommend this place to all friends and family. Great customer service and workmanship. Can't see, or feel, any cause for concern as of now a couple days after taking delivery. I went up on a day off to check in and they gladly let me talk to the technician working on it and showed me the progress while being very in-depth about what the process was entailing and where it was at. Hopefully I never have to use them again, for obvious reasons, but if I ever have to use a body shop again they will be #1 on my list.
