Great experience. They were able to finish my car earlier than expected and I used my free oil change.

They called to let me know the part for my vehicle was in. I dropped my vehicle off. I received a comparable loaner. Before I got home they had already sent me a video from the mechanic who checked over my vehicle for the problem. Even tho the problem was intermittent, they replaced the part. I'm the past other dealerships did not. As long as it worked when they checked it, I was stuck with a defective vehicle. No fuss, no muss, fixed. Thank you Faulkner!

it’s terrible they brought defective glass and still don’t want to return the money, I paid in cash and they say that they will return the money by check to my address
