Faulkner To Be Sure

Extremely disappointed with their service. Last time service was incorrectly done where oil was overfilled. This time service was not even completed. I was also lied to by the service advisor about performed services. What is most concerning is my vehicle was taken in for inspection and somehow passed when the taillight was out and supposed to be serviced upon request. Very disappointed and confused with their service. One may almost say the vehicle was brought to Faulkner, never serviced, and still charged a customer for full servicing.

Let me start this review by saying that, at first the salesperson that originally introduced themselves to me, didn't peak my interest. However, on my second visit, I witnessed a younger salesperson speaking with a couple over a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and his enthusiasm and energy caught my attention. I purposely waited around for him to free up! His name is Wayde Laughman! Wayde was fantastic! He helped me make a dream come true for my wife with our new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon! She is in heaven! Wayde was professional, friendly, and showed that he truly cared about our experience! 2 days after our first interaction we have our baby sitting in our driveway (picture below). My husband and I would like to commend and acknowledge Courtney at Mechanicsburg Faulkner Subaru. She is very dedicated at helping her clients. She thinks ahead and knows her vehicles! She accepts your phone calls and is very timely at returning calls. She has helped us through the process of leasing several vehicles. Courtney definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She tries her hardest to get you the car you want and within the price range you are looking for. Kudos to Courtney!!

Nice clean establishment, great salesman. The only real issue is I paid a personal check down payment and had to wait 4 days to pick up the vehicle. I also had to call them and tell them the check gad cleared my bank, can I get my car, after an hour and a half they finally said yes you can come pick it up. Too far and too much traffic to go there 3-4 different days to receive car. Maybe if you trade in a car it's not as bad, but don't pay a down-payment with check.
