I had an awesome, phenomenal experience here. The wheel fell off my most favorite ever commercial push lawn mower. I spent hours tracking down a bolt-thinking I could do it myself. (Noticed I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for service at Milbrandts after I begged them to sell me a bolt). It was the wrong bolt. However, Don at FAV got me in immediately. He cut my bolt shorter. He re-threaded the hole and enlarged it. He waited for me to run just a half of mile to get the best locking nut... Plus he only charged me twenty bucks (less than paying someone to mow my lawn). I was just so impressed to see a hard worker who is a master of his trade... Most of all, he never made an excuse! Feminists go here to stay empowered... Women friendly, kind, and compassionate shop!!!

This guy is the best, a real sraight shooter and great to talk too.
