This is a great place to buy a car. I bought a 2004 Corolla for my son and am very happy with my purchase and the service we received. Everything they said about the car was true. It was in the condition they said and needed minimal maintenance updates after purchase. The sales process was easy and they handled the tags quickly. We could not be happier. It’s a relief to know there are honest used car places.

I purchased a Mazda3 Hatchback from FC Auto at a pretty competitive price. The customer service during and after my purchase was excellent. What really stood out was when I initially forgot to ask for my second key fob. The team went above and beyond to track it down and mail it to me. At first, the arrangement was for me to get a replacement key fob at a discounted price. But when I mentioned that having both key fobs should really come with the purchase, they did everything they could to find my original second key. My transaction didn't just end the day I drove off the lot, they kept delivering great customer service well after the sale. Really appreciated that.

My HONEST review on FC AUTO !!!!!!!! Arya my sales agent and Eric the manager went above and beyond for me. Buying experience Long story short I live in NYC I had to travel 4 hours to the dealer to pick up the car. Why did I do this? They were the only dealer in the East coast that had this color combo and spec. They were able to get a car that NOO ONE can get not even my local Mercedes Benz dealer was able to locate this car. Coming from NYC to DMV area was a tough decision. My eta was 3h to 6 hours with delays and weather. I called Arya and told him I might now make it tonight. I was already 5 hours into my journey, he said “don’t worry we will wait” With no Hesitation!!!! Mind you they close at 7 pm!! I didn’t get to DMV until after that. They truly went above and beyond.
