They have knowledgeable staff and have not led me into unnecessary fixes that a small business like myself may not always be able to afford when having regular maintenance done. Family owned, great service as a woman I can go there and feel like I’m not getting ripped off. I’ve gotten work done such as track rod/ bushings, tire replacement,and wheel bearing replacement. I am a very satisfied customer and will return and I recommend them to anyone.

To whom this may concern, I Had a very bad experience with this auto repair shop. I took my BMW for repair after hitting a deer on Allegheny River Blvd. I met with the gentleman who fixed my car and received an estimate that was comparable to what my insurance adjuster quoted me. I felt comfortable moving forward with having my car repaired. When the work was "Done", I picked my car up and took it home to find that there was still a very noticeable crack in my bumper and my headlight (which had to be replaced) had no lightbulb in it. The lightbulb was a xenon bulb and cost $100. I took my car back to learn that there was a module that required replacement along with the new headlight that wasn't done. I had my car fixed here a few years ago. I picked the car up a few days before Christmas, near dark, therefore I couldn't fully see the workmanship. The following days I started noticing that it appeared they had done a poor job buffing the paint. It appeared that the paint had been burned or something. Fast forward 6 months and all of the clear coat on my repaired bumper had started to flake off (car had almost no paint defects prior to the work being done). Now, the paint on the bumper is flaking off entirely, and it's clear that the bumper was not repaired properly because it is uneven and popping out on the sides. I'm not sure if the gentleman working on my car was in a rush due to the holidays or what was going on, but unfortunately I cannot recommend Fedele's.
