Fedex express

They don't come to your house but say. They did. 4 days I waited outside for a package. Each day "tracking" said they came by. They didn't. No door tag, no call, NOTHING. I had to drive out there near the airport to attempt pick up. I was told by FedEx ground that someone should be there by 3:30. When I arrived I could not find a business customer door. There was one for employees only and a large bay door but nothing for customers and no sign stating hours. I waited until someone came out to check the Dropbox. I explained my situation and he said they don't have open hours. But he would go in and find my parcel. He said they had a new driver on my route and he was having problems. He absolutely WAS having problems if he said he was working and wasn't.. I FOUND THIS BUILDING TO BE NOTHING

There was a review a year ago and the business hasn’t changed. Still awful communication. Avoid use
