This review is long overdue as Mark and his team have been working on and maintaining our vehicles for over two years. I have been extremely happy with Mark and his Team at Feldman Auto Repair. They work on 3 of our vehicles, a VW Golf, a Nissan Frontier, and my imported Japanese Honda Acty. They are truly top notch mechanics. Mark always takes the time and care to assess any issues, and sends me pictures, and recommendations. He and his team are friendly, honest, and treat our vehicles like their own. My wife had a few issues with her VW Golf right before a big trip and Mark told me to bring it in to view the codes. He told me that after reviewing the codes, that she could use her vehicle for the trip and just make sure we got it to him afterwards. That was a huge peace of mind for us. Al

10/10 I would highly recommend Feldman Auto Repair to strangers, friends, and family! I interacted with three different guys and all of them were treated me with respect. The entire experience showed me that this shop is knowledgeable, courteous, HONEST, well-priced, and fast! Obviously, I hope my car never needs another repair, but I live in the real world and know it's pretty much inevitable as things age and the odometer goes up. I have been going to Feldmans for 8 yrs. I recently upgraded my vehicle and was told by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle that I voided warranty if I went to an “outside” service center for regular maintenance/scheduled services. I was happy that a new dealership just opened here in St Augustine and I wouldn’t have to drive to Atlantic Blvd in Jax. I was shocked when this new addition to St Augustine quoted me between $1100 and $1400 for Service B. The MOST this has been at Feldmans is $375-400 in the 8 yrs. So, if you want honest, dependable people to take care of your car, trust Feldmans. Mark is a very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable mechanic. He took his time in diagnosing my BMW X2 who had an antifreeze leak and not blowing hot or cold air. He even informed me of other issues after the repair that were minor to simply make me aware. He took his time and fixed my car and it is running great! I am so happy!

All of the staff at Feldman were very nice and knowledgeable. I had the timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda Odyssey. They also did an oil change. I would definitely recommend Feldman Auto Repair if your vehicle is in need of a repair!
