Feldman Chevy of Livonia Service Center

We’ve been happy with our Tahoe, but unfortunately we realized that the adaptive cruise control was not working at all, so went in 3times to get it checked and fixed and it is now working correctly. We don’t live close to the dealership so that was annoying. Also, our salesman made promises to us and it took talking to someone’s else to get those promises followed through on. Would we buy from Feldman Livonia again, yes only if it is the right deal for our one income family, but otherwise I would look elsewhere. Also, before purchasing check the glove compartment, we had old paperwork in it and yes the car was detailed prior to us picking it up.

The experience was quick and easy just for a inspection and oil change. But I had to return to the counter afyer being released to find out the results to the inspection... no one took the time to come back and explain what was looked for, what was or was not found during, or what needed to be done. Someone also went through my car, without asking, the location of my tire lock/key.

Yesterday was an amazing day. My vehicle was scheduled for an oil change. I thought I was going to be waiting long. After getting off work, all you want is to do is get home and relax. My service advisor made a typical day at the service department an amazing day. He greeted me with a warm smile and address me by my name. He remembered me from the last time I was there. I was impressed. He then asked me to wait in the waiting room and took care of the rest. I thought I had time for a nap while I waited. However, soon as I get comfortable and ready to shut my eyes. My service advisor says "Mr. English you are all set." Wow! Very impressive. Thank you sir for making my experience an enjoyable one.

I’ve leased two cars and purchased one through this dealership, do all my repairs and maintenance here. Came in for a quote and possible repair was quoted 3x as much as a local independent shop. Ask for a breakdown of cost and why the repair cost was so much higher. Never received an inventory of parts and labor cost and why the major cost difference. Bad way to treat a long time customer. Over charging for a simple repair to gain a few hundred dollars ends up costing this dealership all my future business.

Had to get newly purchased vehicle towed to service center, limited accessibility and approach. Service advisors quick to be helpful and try to get me and my dolly out of the way for busy service center. Listened to situation and got us in the system. Not much communication, a call to say it was done. Any other updates were initiated by customer. Repair cost assumed by dealer due to recent purchase.
