Wish I could give zero stars. Waited all day for a tow. When the hack driver showed up, he charged twice what the dispatcher said the cost was. Save your self a lot of trouble and go anywhere else.

I don’t recommend anyone dealing with these people.. they told me to get the title and we’ll send u a check.. I got the title called know my catalytic converter which was I lie as well.. so I complained to the attorney general and they completely lied.. they told me 3 times they smashed.. i lake 400 a mth, 300 is a lot and could break me, 300 to them is nothing.. they ripped me off 300 just cause they could.. who lies to the attorney general.. they said they’ve been waiting for the title.. we’ll I have the title come get it..

I asked for tow truck, I asked what the cost would be. The owner told me the Tow driver would tell my driver the cost. First tow truck was supposed to be there in 45 minutes. It did not get there at least for two hours. Once tow driver arrived he never called me give me a price. As soon as I was called to pay the prices over $800 for a 50 mile one-way trip. i was forced to pay. please do your due diligence, but stay away from this location. I would not want what happened to me to happen to another individual

Car broke down and Felipe pulled up to check if I needed a tow. He talked with my AAA personnel so I didn't need to wait around for another truck they were sending (within 2 hours). Nice clean truck and a big help getting me off the side of a busy road.
