A week ago, I brought my car for an oil change next door. My muffler must have been hanging low, because it hit and they were unable to service the car there. Fortunately, there was a mechanic right next door. When I inquired about if they could fix the muffler, a technician took one look at it and said confidently that he could fix it in two hours. (Much later, I was told that the fact that the muffler was rusty may be why the repair didn't hold. This would have been a good time to tell me that they weren't sure how it would go and to consider other options) I was told it would be $300 for the repair, and that they would do an oil change too for $80. Terrible mechanics !!! I brought them my Jeep Cherokee to rebuild the rear axle. I drove it home 10 miles and all the fluid leaked out of the axle and splattered oil all over the inside of my wheel and wheel well. He wouldn’t fix it properly so I had to bring it to another shop. They had the axle shaft on the wrong side. One axel shaft is always shorter and it’s very important to remember what side it came off of. He also made fraudulent charges on my credit card for parts that I didn’t need. I never received any money back and this whole deal cost me over $6000
