Ferndale collision is by far the best. Jon the manager is very kind and is straight forward. Him and his team did an amazing job rebuilding my car. They kept me updated on everything. They were super quick. Highly highly recommend!!

Last minute effort to have a luggage rack installed on a Highlander. Dealer wanted a ridiculous amount for a relatively simple install - contacted Jon and he was more than willing to be helpful and work on this for me. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and efficient the shop was for such a small and small dollar amount job. If need be I will gladly work with Ferndale Collision again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!

Amazing! I took a car in for a pre-puchase inspection and every one there was wonderful. Jason walked me through the inspection and was very thorough. He gave me his honest opinion and some great advice. I think I've found my 'I've got a guy' guy. Even though it's 30 mins from my house, I'll be making the trip any time I need a mechanic!
