Awesome customer service! The same guys have been working here for years! To me, that says a lot! They always do a excellent job changing my oil. I stop in for tire pressure checks or fluid level checks and they do it for free with a smile!

I have been a customer for quite some time now. My experience has always been SUPERB! These guys have been welcoming from day one. My family, and even a few of my friends who live a good 40 minutes away, are now customers as well. I’ve never felt has sold or pressured to get anything extra. I’ll be there recommendations and that’s appreciated. Five stars across the board.

My #1 place for car maintenance and oil changes. They always make suggestions but aren’t pushy. In the summer they have offered me water on a hot day. They’ve noticed and congratulated me on getting a new vehicle over the years. They are fast and friendly and do an excellent job. Over the years I have moved further away and I always come back because they are the best! I will be a customer for life!

This Pennzoil is one of the most truthworthy oil change places and forthcoming businesses in Ferndale. Ive been coming here for about 3 years. About a week ago I pulled in to replace a headlight. The work happened so fast, that I thought maybe the work hadn't been done at all. Anyone who has had their car serviced in metro Detroit knows that many mechanic shops are likely to burn you one way or the other. I had NEVER had those experiences or feelings about this shop before, so once "it" happened, and I felt taken advantage of, I was really taken aback. I addressed with the manager and... Luckily it was ALL in my head, the employees and the manager were so thorough in showing me their due diligence as well as maintaining esteemed customer service even in the exchange of an unsatisf

I’ve been a customer here for more than 10 years. Moe runs a great shop and his whole crew are so wonderful! I never feel pressured to get extra services and I trust that they are taking good care of my car. Recently ran into an urgent issue and called very close to the end of their day, but they stayed and let me come in right at closing to help me out. Great service!!
