Festival Car Wash

I was briefly in town for a work event and needed to clean some dirty water off from the rain puddles. I typically wash and detail all my own vehicles but I’m out of town for work so wanted to atleast do a quick wash to get the nasty water off. This is by far the worst touchless wash I’ve ever experienced. For starters, the machine didn’t register half the quarters I put in so I overpaid from the get go. The undercarriage wash was a complete joke and may as well not even be mentioned. The dryer didn’t last long enough for me to even get the entire truck through while it was still on. If you want to utilize the “dryer” you have to immediately drive out of the bay as fast as you can to hit the whole car. It shut off by the time it hit the front doors. I went to the Waterloo location lost electricity. Left with soap all over the car. Realized they charged me twice and have called multiple times and left emails and it's been over a month no response.

This place is okay at best. Doesn't do a great job of cleaning bugs off the car and leaves a film on all glass windows. The car wash doesnt clean the back of the SUV well either. I have used it twice. Once from each stall. If all I was cleaning off was dirt it would probably be okay. Bought the works wash monthly plan. Will be canceling it.

This hidden gem car wash has an amazing deal, normally for your extreme wash you would pay $12. But this place offers you 1 month of extreme washes for only $24 a month. You can wash your vehicle every day if you want for only $2.. can't beat that. Plus, the wash is great and the dryers are high powered and do what they're there for. 5☆

It's not the best car wash but the price is unbeatable if you pay for monthly membership. Edit: Removing a star because they removed underbody wash from the basic wash and are raising prices more in line with their competitors. The entry and exit are full of pot holes and speed bumps.
