NAPA Auto Parts - Midtown Auto Parts

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices and quality products. Three big box auto stores may have some parts cheaper but I would rather have a more quality part. Is it really cheaper if you have to replace it more often? Been using this store for years and love it.

Not my favorite auto parts store, I prefer a local rather than chain store. However they have a good stock and people probably don't realize they even make up hydraulic hoses for heavy equipment. A few years ago they saved me several days waiting for parts on my New Holland skid loader from the dealer by making up the correct hose. REPLY to "owner" Upgraded to 5 stars - you can tell a lot about a big company by whether they are active in social media watching posts and paying attention if there are actual complaints - I had no real complaints. I probably should have noted that they are not my favorite LOCAL auto parts store, NAPA IS my favorite CHAIN.

I was 4x4 driving my Jeep in Elk county,, I live in westmoreland co. I had a brake calliper freeze up on me. Got a ride to Napa in st Marys and paid a core charge. Repaired the Jeep and went home. I stopped at Napa in punxy for my core. The old lady in behind the counter said we have a problem, you didn’t buy it here we are independent. Would not refund my core. I have no Napa in my town. She must walk to work. And not know gas prices ! Or drives a EV!!! Do not recommend!!!

Don't waste your time. Called ahead and they ordered the wrong part. Wanted to charge me extra to get in on Monday. Went down the road to advanced and ordered it next day for free. Napa offered no help.

This place has been a go to for years. They have what I need and beat the chain stores prices every time. If you are using a chain parts store still.... stop..
