I came here with my engine problem and others. Alda and her crews received my vehicle at my convenience and took good care of it. I have been hopping around garages quite a bit, but FF Family & Friends Auto Repair is the cleanest one I have ever been to and the most hospitable as well. As a white-color person, the foremost service I can get is assurance and kindness from the service provider. This is the place you can entrust your vehicle without any doubts. All the mechanics are nice and reasonable with their services. I wholeheartedly give 5 stars. Par excellent.

I came here for a brake disc replacement and inspection, and the experience was great. The shop owner was very friendly and took the time to explain things about my vehicle.They also sent photos while the car was being repaired, which made the process very transparent. The quoted price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Wow just wow. Mechanics and great soft skills and customer service often don't go hand in hand, but I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my Lexus to FF auto. Alda took the time to show me the issue, show me what it should look like and gave me a quote before they did the work. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. Great service, quality work, and you really do leave there feeling like you are now family. This is how service should be.

Guys- you have to bring your car here. If you are a woman- you know that bringing your car to an autoshop is such a loathed experience. 9/10 they treat you like you are stupid and you feel uncomfortable. Not here- the owner was so sweet to send photos of where the exact entrance was so I wouldn’t get lost. The waiting area was very clean and warm with a cute board on the wall where she collects all the nails she’s taken out of people’s flat tires 😂. It really is such a cute place where customer service comes first. The prices were more than reasonable and service was fast and transparent. At the end of my appointment they gave me a gift of a cute mug with the shops logo and a small chocolate- it was just so sweet.
