Absolutely fantastic. Juan came out and picked us up on a forest service road when our ball joint failed. He took extra time and care to make sure there was no further damage when lifting the truck without a front tire to strap in place, and got us out of a sticky situation in a less than easy location. Absolutely recommend and would use again if needed.

Juan was a huge help during a really stressful situation. My car got stuck in the middle of a snowstorm on the freeway, with semis & cars dodging me at the last second. He just so happened to be passing by and offered a tow right away for an insanely good price. He handled everything professionally and he was super friendly, calm, and made me feel a lot safer when things were getting sketchy on the road. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people he helps. For someone who just started his towing business, he’s already delivering top-tier service. Juan rules! came and bailed me out of a tough situation out in Diablo canyon. Was a great hang as well. Offered up his yard for our camping van since we had an early car appt which ended up falling through. He then recommended us to his friends who have a shop down the road. They got our van up and running again so we could continue our honeymoon. Cannot recommend him enough.

I originally called F&G Towing just for a quick tow for my trailer, but they went above and beyond! They not only helped with the tow but were able to fix my axles and get everything taken care of on the spot. Amazing service, great communication, and very fair pricing. My car stalled on the side of the road and I was stranded. After calling several tow companies, Juan, from F&G Towing responded. He arrived to my location promptly and very professionally. He explained what was to happen with the tow and he would take to the mechanics of my choice. He was very polite and patient. He took very good care of my car in the transport to the mechanic. I HIGHLY recommend his services if ever in a bind.
