FIAT of Daytona

Their phone system is horrifying! Cannot teach anyone for 3 weeks as I wait for a warranty fix with my a/c. When I talk to one dept. (service) they pass me to parts, then nobody ever answers. I tried to call the GM but he avoids all calls. There is NO accountability. Apparently , I need to speak to 3 departments to see myself if the part is there then schedule the appt. (Parts) but they can’t track the order without my service mgr. who quit. Then service to schedule, keeping in mind that nobody answers phones. Only recordings in ALL departments who NEVER call back. I need to drive to Orlando? Really? You need a new GM yesterday!!!!!

Made an appointment, received the confirmation email and text, showed up after over an hour drive and they don't work on Fiat's on Saturdays, the salesman then texted me to say while you are here for your service why not check into trading in your car. Trading it in for what another car, they don't service on Saturdays. Called Greenway in Orland and then Drove into Orlando and had a great experience.

Awful place . Called made a appointment for my ac check. They messaged me saying they need to reschedule for a recall part not being in stock. That was from 2 years ago that they never got. I just wanted my ac looked at but that's not what the appointment was for. Ridiculous. Dont recommended.

I have a safety recall on my 124 spyder, got a letter a month ago that parts are available and have called multiple times and numbers to schedule service and left messages, no one has called me back. If something happens to my vehicle because of this, I'm suing.
