Terrible agency. Brian the owner doesn't return phone calls. And as far as I can tell doesn't care. I had to call my mortgage company to get my homeowner policy # because they wouldn't call me back. After canceling my policy, they never canceled it. I had to call the insurance company directly to cancel it. Why even have an insurance agency if they don't do anything for you?

Over the last several years Brian and the staff at Fidelity have shared with me information about insurance companies they have formed new relationships with. They are constantly evaluating current and possible insurance companies based on financial strength, price, and claims service. I feel comfortable having them help me evaluate the right insurance companies, and coverage for my needs.

Switched to Fidelity after another agent delivered poor service. Kim at Fidelity delivered great service on our commercial policy and was able to get it effective the same day I called in. So glad I switched. Thanks Kim!

I have had auto insurance through Fidelity for three years and am adding home insurance soon. I've heard of other companies being rude to their customers or worse. It makes me glad I've stayed with them for as long as I have. If I want to pay my bill in person or ask any questions in person I stop by and am usually back on the road in minutes.

I have left 4 messages over the last 3 weeks about needing to move my auto insurance as mine is ending policies in FLA. I have not gotten a call back yet.
