Best service I've experienced in a long time! The team was punctual and addressed every issue promptly. Over the past few months, I've taken both of my sons' cars, my wife's car, and my own vehicle here. I also referred my uncle and his son, and they've all had a great experience. The work has been top-notch, and we’ve had nothing but good reviews. Highly recommend this service!

I heard about the Fields Brothers shop when I was living in Houston Texas,and when I transferred to KCMO with my company over 3 years ago. I have been doing Business with them ever since.there's not a unit that they can't work on and give you a Honest diagnostic problem on it and a fair reasonable price on to getting it fixed.i give them a Big Amen, thay have to be doing something right if I heard Good things about them all the way up in Houston.

Hands down the best shop in town! I discovered them with a transmission issue initially. I wanted a “better quote”. Not only did they confirm the quote was inaccurate, it was misdiagnosed. They ended up doing what would have been $4500 in repairs for less than half. That’s enough…But they did an oil change, brakes, something engine related misdiagnosed but applicable, and told me where to eat, shoot pool, and meet people (I’m single) around town. Can’t stress enough how much everyone should take their business there!

If you need good automobile work I would recommend them! Friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous to their customer's!

Below is my previous post from several months ago after picking up my car. It took 5 months for them to fix my shocks and air compressor. My car is now undrivable and sitting on the ground. The shocks and air compressor defaulted and went out. This put pressure on my front tires and deflated them. I have left messages for Corey, and with others to have Corey to call me. I paid $3,400 for the repairs, which lasted 3 months. No one will return my call. I have asked if I can bring it back to be fixed. Before I move on and take this loss, I wanted to update my review to reflect the facts and my truth. This company was referred to me, I thought it was a reputable business.
