My 2021 Porsche 911 was rear ended at a stop light causing some unsightly damage to the bumper. The insurance company tried to send me to one of the shops in their network - none of whom would touch my car. Fortunately for me I was able to take it to Fields. They kept me in the loop through the entire repair process. When the job was done I finally got to see the end result. Absolute perfection! Great service. Kept me advised of the repair process. Melissa and Chelsea very knowledgeable of how to work with insurance. Gave me a great tip to video damage before car arrived at the collision center which saved me at least a week in repair time.
