I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my car to Fields Collision for repairs, and I must say, their commitment to customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience for their customers. I just want to start out by saying fantastic customer service !!! From the time I made my appointment for an estimate till the time I picked up my vehicle, I was well informed about my vehicle and was treated with respect by everyone. I did have a lot of questions since this was my first car accident and they definitely had a lot of patience with me and I appreciated that. My insurance during this process was very unreliable and very slow with every step and I will be changing my insurance for the New Year. Fields did a wonderful job at the repairs of my car, you wouldnt even know that I got into an accident, but THE NUMBER ONE reason why I will come back to Fields Collision Center Orlando is its the ONLY place that has gotten my paint color correct on the first try !!! This is a great place. They’re very clean very professional and up-to-date and all the technology worked on my 2025 Toyota Tacoma and did a fantastic job very professional and very prompt with their work would highly recommend anyone who wants a high-quality body shop. Their paint shop is beyond belief. Excellent the best paint shop .

1. Fields takes too long to do what the industry considers minor repairs. They took almost 30 days on what should have been a 7 day repair. They blamed it on the insurer having to approve a supplement. 2. There is no internal quality control before delivery to a customer. I cautioned them that they have issues with the paint and to ensure that there are no defects before I picked the vehicle up. I came 3 times to pick up and there were paint and other defects causing a waste of my time on 3 occasions. 3. Poor communication. The adviser that I had refused to call me or keep me informed. One day out of the blue, they’ll tell you the car is ready that day with no advance notice, expecting that you’re available. Fields should not have BMW certification. For a 23,000$ job and 3 moths later I would have expected a close to perfection job, took car back out of desperation. Small details were poor, car was covered on little rust all over front trunk, which I was able to see only after a car wash. Work was done very slowly and they only pushed when I started complaining. One of the wheel was left undone with excuse that insurance did not approve it (after 23,000$ I would have probably paid it out of my pocket? Or called insurance and ask questions). Using the excuse of waiting on insurance approval works to a point. At the end of the day it is my car and I'm the one responsible. A broken suspension was clear at the moment I brought the car in, it's not a late discovery and still waited to the last minute to fix it.
