Fiesta Car Wash

I was charged $12 for a $3 - $5 wash. The sign said to hold the button to end the session early and have the charge prorated and I did that but was still overcharged. I called the number posted on this site and left a message. Result pe ding... Update: got a call minutes after posting this review and was clarified on the way these things charge, which essentially is a minimum of $6 per swipe if paying by card. The man offered half the charge to be returned which is more than fair to me. Return payment: pending.... Result: got the money back a week after the update.

Honestly, this is by far one of the best self wash carwashes. There is a similar one in Manhattan Beach next to South Bay galleria. However, this one is much closer. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Despite the car wash being satisfactory, my experience on 7/3/24 around the 2:00 pm hour was marred by a distressing incident. The attendant's persistent presence around me during his tasks left me feeling racially profiled and singled out, especially when I requested privacy. It’s generally not considered appropriate to sweep a car wash stall while a customer is actively using it to dry their car. It can disrupt the customer's experience and privacy, and it comes off as insensitive to the customer’s presence and need for space. His timing to empty a trash bin near my station seemed more than coincidental, overshadowing an otherwise routine visit.

This is a coin or credit card operated self serve car wash. Its $5 for 10 minutes plus 2 extra minutes for using the credit card. It also has a step up walk way for tall vehicles or Van's. I think it's a good deal because of the pressure washer that has high or low. There are 5 stalls and wide enough to accommodate large vehicles. I highly recommend it.

I put in a 5 dollar bill and got 4 dollar coins and 1 quarter. If they frequently do this to random people then what a easy way for petty theft from the business owner! They probably think people wont make a fuss over .75 cents, but if it is done to many then that's a lot of extra money for the business! There's NO excuse to not examine what monetary change you put back into your machines for public use! Easy way for a lawsuit to this business! Record when using these machines people! I know I will! Again; no excuse for the business owner to not PROPERLY examine your business machines!
