Fiesta Subaru - Subaru Service Center

Wow!!! I'm super impressed with the environment and service!! Let me break it down! Rolled up to have an oil change. Doors automatically roll up, and you're greeted instantly. They take your information and your keys, and then you're free to get yourself a delicious coffee or treat. They have a great and relaxing seating area to relax as well. I received a service text link, including a video with the mechanic working on my car and letting me know that everything with my vehicle looked good! I really can't say enough good things about my experience. I hope this continues into the future because I'm definitely not going anywhere else from now on!!

Ruben Trujillo in the service department was tops! In each instance, his communication & handling of my issue was outstanding - from picking up the phone, to working me into their busy schedule, repairing my issue while I waited in their comfortable lobby, offering to provide a ride to my afternoon appt if needed (but no need! My car was ready just in time), & bill came in less than estimated cost. They’ve gained a new customer - the service, convenience& expertise is worth paying for.

For dealership prices you'd expect a bit more competence. Had a error light coming on they were "unable to recreate" but driving out of the dealership for 10 minutes, the dash light started flashing again. Clearly their techs aren't very persistent. If you're have an electrical issue, you're better off going to a different place. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time for Ruben to get out of a meeting, I cannot even say the customer service is good.

Had an appointment to replace my rear brake pads today as recommended and given a printed quote from the dealership at my last oil change. Arrived before the appointment to drop off my vehicle to be informed that they actually misquoted and it would not be $200 but actually closer to $500 as they forgot to add their service charges. The dealership would not honor their own quote and offered no explanation or apology.

Took my sti in today and Haley at the service desk was super nice and helpful,! She made my 2nd experience here better than the last they are really nice here and professional!
