Honest, quality service at a reasonable price. Had a tire on my van with a home-repair (plug) that was leaking badly. I told them up front that I was willing to purchase a new tire, but they were able to repair it and saved me a bundle! All in about an hour. Friendly & professional with no sales pressure. 5th Street tire is like home for me. I feel like when I truly want a honest answer and great work on my car I go there. They treat me like family they tell me how it is and they don't sugar coat anything. And I appreciate that. They get me in and out. I have never had a problem or complaint with 5th Street tire they are truly an awesome establishment ,a great respectful pillar of Waterloo downtown. I have been going to 5th Street tire for more than 15 years. and until this day when I have a problem with any of my cars I call them first. The new location is awesome they deserve it. Every other tire shop turned us away to do a patch job due to the age of tires. My grandfather doesn’t even drive the truck anymore so the tires were in great shape and only needed a patch. Great to see a shop that has good values and does honest work. Very happy with the work.

Got my oil changed and had a great experience! Super easy to make an appointment and was able to get in within a couple days. The guys were friendly and very helpful. Inexpensive and service was quick! :)
