Finch was busy, but the wait wasn't long. They did a great job and didn't try to upsell our air filter. (We asked them to check the air filter and they said it was fine)

Tom and the crew here have always been amazing. With my dad gone I worry so much about my mom especially around the things my dad always took care of. Not only where they honest about her not needing the oil change yet, Tom made sure she knew it was time for new tires. Truly the most respectful and helpful team.

My family, friends & myself take our vehicles to Finch Lube & Car Care & have for years. Great customer service, nice, knowledgeable employees, quick & affordable. Never had a bad experience.

I want to thank Finch Lube and Car Care for taking care of me. I tested my radiator fluid with my tester(not a good one apparently) at home and with that test, I thought I needed a radiator flush. When I took it in, they tested it and then told me that the radiator fluid was actually very good and sent me on my way. I appreciate their honesty, and their fast service. My first time there I will not hesitate to go there again.

Service was awesome!!. One year later, service is very slow, when checked in, the person told me half hour. It's now an hour. I inquired about it and was told, "Oh we haven't had an half hour since we opened". It seems that anyone at the place can check people in and say what they want about (how long) waiting for an oil change. Not consisted. One year ago the service was awesome. Don't know what happen.
