I am from Asheville, NC and recently made a trip to Knoxville, TN to visit a friend. When I arrived the rubber wheel well above my front tire fell off! I drove to Finchum's and Mark was a life-saver! He quickly assessed what I needed and ordered me the part, which arrived the next day. It was a quicker, easy repair so they were able to fix my car for me before I needed to return home. He was up front about the cost, extremely accommodating, and did beautiful work!
