I heard about Findlay Auto Exchange from a coworker that purchased her vehicle from them. She had a great experience. I looked at a few other dealerships before looking at this one and I didn’t have the best experience with customer service. Kyle was patient and thorough in helping set me up with a vehicle perfect for my family of 6. I am a first time buyer and he made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle especially first time buyers. They will get you the deal that is best suited for you without the hassle of other dealerships.

well, the time with Kyle was great, he tried to help us out with the deal, but, after a day, things started to fall apart. They replaced a part and put two of the same pieces in instead of the one side and another one. Both parts were the same color and should have been different. After taking a trip, it began to stall and thank God that we made it home safely.

Kyle went above and beyond to help my daughter buy her first car. Amazing car buying experience. Highly recommend!!
