Awesome crew. Arrived 30min early for my oil change appointment. Got checked in really quick even thought they were very busy. They were done within 45min which was only 15min after my scheduled appointment. They shared a video explaining everything they did. Told me I needed to change my engine ait filter and cabin filter, showed the oil change being done. Valley Toyota never did that for my 5,10,15, and 20k mile service. I chose to go buy my own air filters and do it myself. They were very thorough, quick and professional. They definitely gained a repeat customer. Props to Brad the service guy that checked me in.

Always a good experience, Ricky Johnson does a great job as my service advisor. Doesn't try to push me for extra work that doesn't need done.

Big shout out to Kyler in the service department. He went above and beyond helping me what service was done to my vehicle and helped me sleuth out how my vehicle was cared for before I bought it.
