I started shopping for a new vehicle last year and stopped into Finlay Lexus. I worked with Cynthia and have been treated excellently. She had me test drive several vehicles and I decided on the unicorn TX500h f-sport luxury. She and the manager searched high and low for my car. During the search, my wife test drove the RX350. From beginning to end our salesman, Peter M, was basically available 24/7. This amazing guy even called me back on his days off and when the dealership was closed. Once I had a down payment in place, Peter would call with delivery updates as our car made its way from Japan to Washington. Peter even picked us from the airport in a different brand new Lexus SUV.
