First time customer and having automotive work done is rarely a pleasure. Findley Auto Body repaired my wife's car/deer damage then worked on my truck several weeks later. We had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and offered multiple solutions to our auto issues as well as dealing with insurance companies. They went above and beyond to take care of us. 5 stars.

I went there to see if I can get an estimate on a repair. They took photos and said they would give me a call. I’ve called and left messages but no one got back to me.

My wife heard an alarming noise when she was passing through Fort Scott. Despite being after their closing time they inspected the vehicle and determined the likely problem free of charge. Since it didn't directly effect the safety of the van she continued the trip. They called the next day to make sure that she arrived. Talk about above and beyond! Would definitely recommend.
