I’m so pleased by the professionalism and knowledge that John had! He had to change out my valve cover gaskets for me. He made it to me 8 minutes early. When we ran into the unexpected issue of my battery being dead and my jumper cables being stuck in my trunk, John went and bought a brand new pair just because it was quicker than running to the shop and he needed some anyway. The gaskets hadn’t come in until 30 minutes after the scheduled time. So while waiting he got everything ready and diagnosed that kept my car from driving. After the gaskets came in. The repair was done very quickly and I was back on the road in no time at all! Every single question I had he answered in full detail in a way that made me fully understand it! My alternator went out as I was passing through Ft. Scott and I was able to coast into O'Reilly's. Staff there recommended Virgil's Mobile Mechanic. Virgil and his employee had me on the road in less than 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Virgil's!!
