Completely rude. Knew them as family friends in the community and had insurance through them for nearly 5 years. Went through a divorce and when I requested assistance in figuring the pro rata amount due at the end of the policy period as the vehicles were separated I was told it wasn’t their problem, that handling the insurance concerns of our divorce had been far too much work for them, and that I needed to figure it out myself because they didn’t care too. This came directly from Phillip Perkins, the owner of the agency. This was a shock to me as I had known Mr. Perkins for years and always thought of him as a nice man, but I guess someone’s true colors always show through when their money or time comes into play.
