I want to deeply thank the Bobby and his amazingly prompt team at Fine Line. I’m a traveling singer/songwriter and a small produce and chicken farmer from Lakeland, FL. I come down to Punta Gorda, FL to play live music at a southern bar (Leroy’s) every last weekend of every month. I have also played an event where I had the pleasure of performing under the Fine Line promo tent. This past month, while on my way down, my front passenger hub bearing decided to completely go out on me, causing my truck to aggressively rattle and even shake at times. I of course immediately searched every body shop in town, even contemplated Walmart which was the only “auto body service” place open on Saturday/Sunday. I can't say enough great things about this shop, Steve especially. My alfa romeo presented numerous issues i.e no part number, back order, and more. They were extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the project and kept me in the loop as work progressed. I will never use a different shop again, truly an outstanding crew working together over there! Thankyou so much!

Amazing customer service, one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. Staff is great and polite, prices are fair. Very happy I went through Fine Line Automotive Concepts and I would recommend anyone needing body work, interior, tires, lighting, bed covers, etc. You name it they have a shop for it owning multiple buildings right next to each other.

Excellent customer service, Steven Hawes keep me updated throughout the entire process. After my truck was in a rear end collision and the other parties insurance company gave a lowball estimate, I decided to visit Fine Line Automotive after Jarred Ford referred me. Steve was the first estimator, after two other shops reviewed the damages to actual get under the vehicle to see what all was damaged. Steven noticed alarming differences in the estimates from the other shops and that the actual part numbers were not correct to my vehicles vin number. I will definitely use Fine Line in the future.

I can't say enough about this business and it's fine people. I stumbled in one morning after a minor collision with my own garbage receptacle and a demolished mirror. Steve helped me navigate through my insurance company, and actually doing most all the work (my husband, who has since passed, was in the hospital at that time). This company took an unfortunate accident amidst trying circumstances and made my car look as if nothing ever happened! Even the paint matched to a tee. And even better, I picked up a car that was in pristine condition; they even washed and vacuumed inside! I was so extremely grateful for their kindness and outstanding service. This business deserves a huge shout-out--thank you so much! I will definitely come back and know I am in good hands.
