Finley's Service Center Inc

This has been our go-to service center for all our automotive needs since 2021. We found Finley’s after searching for an alternative to NTB, and we've never regretted switching. One of the things we appreciate most is that Finley’s actually lets you schedule a state inspection. Everywhere else is first-come, first-served, and NTB in particular is known for nitpicking minor issues just to upsell repairs. Finley’s isn’t like that. They perform honest inspections, let you know when something is starting to wear out, and give you fair, reasonable pricing if something truly needs to be fixed. Mark, Cliff, Bonnie, Christina, Larry, Bruce, Andy, Tommy, Philip and Jacob are the most stellar personable professionals in every way ever! I highly recommend them over any other mechanics I have ever met or done business with! You can trust Finley's to give you the best of everything in every situation!

This place is a scam. Techs lie to make money and will fail your car for inspection even if there are no issues. Tried to fail me for my control arms even though I had just replaced the control arms days prior. Trust me, take your business elsewhere if you care about your car. These people are out to make money through dishonesty.

1 star for charging my wife $165 for an oil change/tire rotation today, but 2 stars for decent service. I am a business owner so I want to be fair. I asked if the labor charge for rotating tires was a mistake, he said no. I will amend the review if the cost is rectified. This is over double what any other shop in town charges for an oil change. I have receipts.

I brought in my car to get some work done, they told me 75 for an estimate but it wound up taking them longer (2 hours, 135 an hour), the man kept his word though and gave me a discount, keeping the price at the previously stated 75 and I appreciated that a lot.
