People that have looked into doing business with this place, or have friends and family that are giving negative reviews is because the owner seems to be pompous and will laugh in your face at you for asking questions about things you’re obviously unsure of. According to the reviews he apparently has a habit and history of doing it to other customers too! Good luck with that type of attitude, potential customer or not, you never know who can refer you. Reputation as a kind, understanding establishment and owner matters.

Owner is a jerk and treated me like an idiot. I didn't know Pennsylvania law well enough for Mr. Finney, and being that I just moved from Georgia I guess my questions annoyed him. Needless to say he is a rude and unprofessional business owner and he'll never receive any business of mine.

Had a great time with the owner he was really nice to my wife and I and was very professional the way conducted his business with us.

Had a car on site that he had sold never updated it and I drove out there for nothing when i called and asked about the car i wasnt told it was sold until i drove out there. Really should think about updating your site and not waste people's time
