I purchased a 2012 F-150 from Finnin Ford and unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership due to two serious issues: Undisclosed Price Increase: We agreed on a final price of $10,000 during negotiations. At closing, the sales manager informed me the price was being increased to $10,360 for a "safety feature." I later learned this feature was added by the dealership in November—well before my February purchase. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and a breach of our verbal agreement. I'm still waiting for an explanation and the $360 refund I'm owed. Mishandled Title: I paid for this vehicle in full and was told the title would be mailed once my check cleared. Over three weeks passed with no title. Then my neighbor informed me that THEY received my vehicle's title—somehow the deale

My experience at Finnin Ford in Dubuque was amazingly smooth and efficient. We were lucky enough to work with Steven as our salesman and Curtis as a sales manager and both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. This was not just a quick sale to them, they worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of & that I felt comfortable at every turn. Since buying my new car this week, Steven has reached out to make sure everything is working well & has answered multiple questions I’ve had. He has went above and beyond making sure I know about all the features of the car & I would absolutely go back to him next time we’re in need of a vehicle! Thanks to everyone at Finnin!
