Firelands Chevrolet Vermilion Service

I've bought two vehicles here, a 2016 Silverado and a 2020 Jetta. Never had an issue with the Silverado, had the trans fluid replaced through service last year and never had an issue. The buying process was pretty easy-going. As for the Jetta, I'm a bit upset over the quality of work done for reconditioning the vehicle before sale. Service, upon delivery of the car, changed the oil and replaced the front pads/rotors at 39,250 miles. When it came time to do the oil change, I noticed an oil drain plug loose enough to break free with a stubby wrench, as well as an oil filter left loose enough to leak. This caused the car, that holds around 5 quarts of oil, to be about 1.5-2 quarts low when I changed the oil. Really not good for a turbocharged engine. I informed service of the issue and showe

Fireland's staff is super friendly and very helpful! Tina was my salesperson and she was great! She even made herself available on her day off. I really enjoyed working with her. Sean was also very helpful when going through the financial piece. At one point, I experienced a quote for interest rates and Firelands experienced a different quote from the same institution. When brought to their attention, Sean and Storm worked to get me the best rate possible. Firelands is very Family Oriented!

It was fast accurate and efficient. Mark S was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Kristina was very polite at check out. I had an oil change tires rotated and a new battery installed in less than an hr. Efficient!!
