Waited 10 to 15 minutes. No one came out. And there was no one waiting, inside or out, but me. A guy pulls in, takes a big bag of lunch in, so I knew they were there. So I waited a while longer and no one came out to say it’s their lunch hour or we will be with you in a minute. It was just after 11 so I wouldn’t have expected a lunch hour yet but I certainly would’ve waited if they let me know. So I left. And a customer came in as I was leaving and when they saw me leaving, they left. The only other negative review I have ever posted anywhere was to this place a couple years back. Weird. Must be hit and miss. So I drove to Valvoline in Amherst. Six cars ahead of me and it didn’t take the guy 30 seconds to come out say hello and scan my car for service. Three minutes later, another guy came

Caused damage to the undercarriage cover by improperly reinstalling it. Refused to speak with his boss so he wouldn't be yelled at. Lied to my face that the issue was resolved when I had left. Double checked and they simply screwed in what they could of the damaged cover even though I requested it to simply be removed. Insisted he pay me half of what it cost in total for the new cover out of his pocket so he wouldn't get yelled at. Received a refund for my oil change which still does not pay the total for the damages. Never forwarded my information to his District Manager.

Only giving a four because they normally don't have the fully synthetic that I use. Also I only go when I get a coupon because I'm not paying over 120 dollars for an oil change 😂

Have been there several times with different vehicles, employees are polite seem to be knowledgeable of vehicles , comparison to dealership as good if not better

Topside technician was extremely professional and thorough. Explained everything going on with my oil change, showed me the dirty fielder which was also had a broken seal, and also indicated my power steering coolant line needed to be secured so he even went down in the bay and tightened it up with a zip tie. Top notch service top notch technicians and I'm very pleased and will return!
