We got our car towed the night before. It was within walking distance of our hotel. We got a flat in New Tripoli. We ubered to the hotel the Sunday before labor day. Our car just needed a plug. Good enough to get us home safely to Long Island, NY. We're grateful and glad they were open labor day and finished our car 8n a quickly matter!

Absolutely would NOT hesitate to bring my car back to this location. I had spotted something leaking from my car and had it towed to this location. Two weeks ago at a different Firestone I had my oil changed and other work done. Turns out the metal oil cap was damaged in a very unique way and the oil filter was never changed. This Location was extremely helpful and kind. But more importantly HONEST about what had occured and then proceeded to fix the issues. Wonderful staff and extremely trustworthy location.

Firestone, Let's just say I have had every car I have owened serviced at every firestone in the valley. My latest vehicle was serviced 3 times within two weeks at Mill Creek. I had it towed in for a starting issue during snow storm. I was told it was the battery and I needed a additional $5,000 in other repairs. Upon picking up the vehicle I was told the vehicle still had a starting issue and was guaranteed 95% it was the fuel pump So I paid to have that replaced. Went home next day car didn't start. Took it back firestone in good faith, they now believed it was a temp senor and would fix it and I could pick it up when ready. Two days later picked it up.
