The guys at Firestone always take excellent care of us. We've been here several times, and they're always professional and are very knowledgeable. Jeremy, the service manager, got us in immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. He was such a nice guy and made us feel so much better about our car predicament! Thanks guys!

Jordan was my service advisor and was absolutely professional and courteous. The size tire that I needed is not common and is difficult to get. Jordan had several options to get me taken care of. After some small "negotiations" he had my tires ordered, a price set, and an appointment made for 2 days later. Tires I wanted installed and no hassle.
