So a burnt smell was coming from my car, and I took it to the mechanic. The mechanic said to me that the oil filter needed to be changed. I was surprised because I just did the oil change. Well to my surprise the filter was never changed and the oil that was used was one of the cheapest one from what he told me. He recommended it to NOT take it back where I got my oil changed but it would be up to me. I paid $160 for an oil change. Was it worth it no. Do not bring your car here for any reason.

My wife and I have been a customer for Firestone for almost ten years now and they never fail. They have a lot of great people we met that work for them. I had a screw in my tire and needed to find out whether it could be plugged, patched, or replaced. I spoke with Douglas, and he assured me I was in good hands. After checking the tire, he confirmed there was no damage and no puncture—so there was no charge. I was so impressed with the service that I referred my mother to buy all four of her tires from him, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my truck.

Always friendly, professional services with integrity. They thought my AC motor had burned out and needed to be replaced but when they dug a little deeper they found out the blower intake was clogged with leaves and cleaned it out for no additional charge. I trust this business with all of my vehicles.

I took my vehicle to this Firestone location for a scheduled oil change with a 12:00 p.m. drop-off appointment. I live across the street and had hoped to establish a long-term relationship with this location for ongoing vehicle maintenance. As a female customer without extensive automotive knowledge, I expected a straightforward and professional experience: drop off my vehicle, receive a call if there were any updates or additional services needed, and pick up my car by the 6:00 p.m. closing time.
