Customer Reviews
I am always made to feel welcomed when I arrive at this location. I am given prompt attention. They go over the services I have scheduled on my app and take the time to answer any questions I might have. If an issue arises while they are working on my car, they promptly inform me. I always wait for my car in their lobby where it is clean and comfortable. The staff here is professional, efficient, patient and very kind.
Kai, Pablo, Ronnie and Michael all took good care of my car. I like these folks because they don’t push services you do not need immediately. I will go back to get some work done in a few months. Yesterday, they changed my oil/filter as well as new brake pads and rotors. I had a few other items looked at. They do a full comprehensive check of the entire vehicle and give you an itemized list based on manufacturer’s recommendations and their own. Great to work with! They are definitely my new car maintenance and repair facility. Melody was wonderful too- she and the rest of the staff are very nice and professional.
This is the place I typically take my car for work but they unfortunately did not provide the same service I’ve come to expect. I went in for an oil change and a state inspection. First when I dropped my car off everything went good they were nice and professional, I decided to drop the car off and run errands. After about 2 hours I received a notification letting me know my inspection was completed. I drove by and saw the vehicle was moved to a different spot. So with that I had only assumed it was completed or close to completion. So just wondering as a customer if my vehicle was completed I decided to call and was greeted on the phone with a man named Pablo, he asked for my name and vehicle and then asked if I had an appointment….it should be in the system but okay we will move past tha
Definitely would not give repeat business. Had a less than satisfactory experience at the Firestone dealer on Long Shoals rd in Arden. We paid $1100.00 for brakes and rotors on wife’s Highlander. They were very noisy (scrapping sounds) from the start. We called and spoke to manager who told us the rotors were glazed and they would replace them under warranty. When we arrived we were told by manager that there was no problem they could find , that they looked “ beautiful. “. Not satisfied, we called corporate Firestone , they ok’d second opinion. So we went to a different Firestone store for the brake inspection. We were informed by the manager at the second Firestone that the rotors were indeed glazed and most likely the pads were not properly seated by the technician. He also informed
The best part about the experience is they are open on weekends. The first time I went, my front tires were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I didn’t have the money to drop on the car, but was kind of forced to because I needed a vehicle. I thought the tires were extremely overpriced, but I also wound up buying a lifetime alignment. Since my car is unable to have the tires rotated due to being different sizes. I had those tires for about six months until the vehicle started pulling to the left. I went back in to get another alignment and it turns out that my right front had the entire inside of the Tire worn down To the bands and had started leaking. I couldn’t afford to put $400 into one tire so I chose a different place to get tires. Another place installed two front tires mounted
