Amazing service! These gentlemen operate with nothing but professionalism and kindness. They are very much a ‘we will figure it out’ kind of people. I have visited several times and while they may not know my name, they are familiar with my issues and always willing to assist. I am on the road again after a nasty blowout. Thanks guys!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Firestone. I came in for a car inspection during business hours, only to be turned away and told that the inspection specialist had already left for the day. This was not communicated ahead of time, and it felt like a complete waste of my time. I expected better organization and customer service from a company as established as Firestone. Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

Chase was a great help to us from beginning to end. He scheduled our appt to get our daughter 4 new tires on her car and he checked us out when it was all done. Very nice young man. Great service!

I went in for a tire rotation and an alignment. He said next in line thirty minutes they kept me there for hours. Hours went by with some of them just standing around doing nothing. took them 7 hours for a tire rotation and an alignment that they didn't even do, and they gave me someone else's receipt i called them. They told me to bring it back and they could do it again. when I got there. They said he couldn't do it

Great service. Smooth process with warranty service(Firestone handled). Firestone took me home and picked me up. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Great price as warranty covered majority of it. Thank you Victor, Brian, Chase and team for a great experience!!
