Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was passing through Asheville and got a screw or something in the edge of my tire. I went to the downtown store and Shane and Fernando were incredibly helpful. I got there at 5pm and needed a tire replaced under warranty. They jumped into action and got it knocked out quickly and with a smile to help me get back on the road. Kudos to both guys! Thank you for the great service.

This is my first year having an NC license. I was late in renewing tag and leave town tomorrow morning. I found Firestone online through the NC DOT website and I called this place up and the guy said they were free to do my inspection. It was done in way less of the time they said to do it and Wendy who works there stayed on it, checked me out and was the awesome! I appreciate the guy who helped me sign in, answered the phone and the guy who worked on my vehicle. Thank you!

Everyone greeted me when I walked into the store and Fernando was super good to me, they made me feel at home with complimentary coffee and tea, recommendations for food in the area and more. In regards to my car I asked if they carried DOT-4 for my brake fluid and was met with an immediate answer, none of this “let me see”, it seemed like they knew their inventory and their stuff. They were just so nice to me while I waited for my car to be serviced and it was all under an hour! 45 minutes! They just made me feel like family and weren’t overbearing either. Good people.

I made an 8 am appt for brakes. I was the second person there it took 1.5 hrs to get a quote after inspection and when I agreed to the service i was told it would be about 1.5 hrs to do the job. It took 3 hrs total to do the job. Appt at 8 and didn’t get my car back until 1:30 pm. I typically do most of my major services with you and you have always been great with customer care but felt failed by this service. I would have preferred an honest estimate of time for me to better plan my day around.

Had some work done last week on my truck, tires, alignment and belt and oil change. They did great work got me in and out quickly. The service staff is friendly and understanding. The new Manager here is much more personable and friendly. Explained everything in depth and kept me informed along the way. There needs to be more people in service with that type of honesty and desire to do what's right.
