Came in today 2pm appointment, customer service was excellent from Miguel at check in. Waiting area is comfortable and AC to keep you cool while u wait. Definitely returning for future service.

Though I made an appointment online, but I did not notice the small print, which was just a request. However, the staff called me the day before and explained the situation. Given how busy they have been, the staff was willing to accommodate my needs and worked extra hard to take my vehicle. Both the front desk staff and the service staff were personal and professional, they went above and beyond the call of the duty to answer my questions. I purchased life time alignment service for the vehicle and am very satisfied with the choice I made for the purchase. Especially all the potholes on the surface streets and the highways, I was advised to bring my vehicle in whenever I run over potholes. IT IS A GREAT DEAL!
