Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a flat tire Sunday and was concerned I might not be able to get it fixed in time for Monday when I would have to transport my kids to school and get myself to work. I found Firestone with an internet search and called them. Ashley told me they could look at it right away so I brought it in. In about an hour (they were busy working on other cars so couldn't get to my vehicle right away) they patched my tire and the cost was way less than I was expecting. I am so appreciative of their quick and friendly service. And so reasonably priced!

I've been to both this location and the one in Fairview. Night and day difference. The blonde lady at the desk in bellevile I believe ashley is her name, is rude, disrespectful, and should be in the back under the cars with that attitude and not at the front desk. I was on time for my appointment but she intentionally ignored me. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes I ns waiting, and when they shouldve been helping me get my car dropped off she decided to hand out crayons and coloring books to kids in the lobby. Meanwhile ive been here for 15 mins, as well as my ride waiting outside. I walked out. She's clearly not mindfully stable enough to speak to people. Outstanding service from Ashley, and her crew at the Belleville location. Arrived with a screw in the tire thinking it could be patched. Ashley took one look and said it needed replacing. 2 month old tire gone in an instant. Thankfully, I did have my road hazard insurance. The crew had a new tire on within 15 minutes. They even pushed me to the head of the line since it was a fast situation. Got me back on the road and no extra charges. Great work Firestone.

Dashboard had message that 2 back tires were low with a emblem showing. Decided to take it to my reliable Firestone for them to add air. Was told it may take awhile due to other cars ahead of me. In less than 15 minutes I was informed my automobile was ready with a much appreciated personality plus. Other questions were not addressed since there was no cost.
