On January 11, 2026, I had an emergency situation while driving back to Vancouver from Seattle airport. I hit a large pothole on the highway, which caused a flat tire on the driver’s side. With the help of a nearby gas station, my car was towed to this auto shop late on a Sunday afternoon. Despite being close to closing time, they accepted my urgent request and got straight to work. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They diagnosed the issue, repplaced the tire and made sure everything was safe before letting me back on the road. What I appreciated most was their honesty and fairness—there were no unnecessary charges or upselling, just straightforward, high-quality work. I sent my sister here after she caught a nail in her tire. Since it’s the holiday season, I told her she’d likely need to drop it off for the entire day because I assumed they’d be slammed. I was blown away when Brian and his team had her back on the road in less than two hours! Some people might think two hours is a wait, but when a shop is already managing a full schedule, fitting in a walk-in that quickly is top-tier service. Huge thank you to Brian for looking out for my sister and getting her safely back on the road so fast. Highly recommend this location!

After my car died while I was driving, I went to two other auto places who both wanted to keep my car all day to several days just to read the check engine light. Autozone read the check engine light and told me to come to Firestone to get it inspected and I'm glad they did! Firestone got me in within the hour and called me to explain what needed to be done. The service was reasonably priced. I only wish they would have explained the invoice when I came to pick up my car because I was just directed to pay as soon as I got there to pick it up.

These guys are really kind and knowledgeable. I recently had them do lifetime alignment and my rear brakes. I called Lyden Auto, Les Schwab and Bellingham Ford and they were the most affordable for the work. Highly recommended.

I'm horrible at names, but I am pretty sure his name was Carson, and he did an amazing job explaining what was wrong to me and communicating how long everything would take. He understood when I needed more time to think and what I did and did not want done. He was also very nice to talk to in person.
