I had a great experience getting my tires for my Ford Bronco Sport. Dave and Ross had great customer service, answered every question I had, explained everything in great detail, and were able to give me a great deal. I had to get a new set of tires, and while not the cheapest in town, they were the next cheapest and Dave’s friendly demeanor made the whole transaction easy and simple. I was able to get all four tires changed in less than an hour wait. This is my second interaction with them and 2 of 2 have been great! First time was just needing the tire looked at to make sure it was fine to drive on.

Firestone is a complete rip off. I paid almost $300 for them to not fix my issue nor even diagnose correctly with $181 of that being for "labor". I went in due to a thermostat and air conditioning problem. I was told that my vehicle had a TSB for a thermostat software issue which caused the fan to run after the vehicle was turned off as well as cause other air conditioning and gauge issues and I needed to take it to a dealership to be resolved. I was also told that I had a leak and my air refrigerant was low and needed to be recharged. They doctored my vehicle up to "seem" ok, however the very next day it was back doing the exact same thing. I called to inform of this issue and was only told that I needed to take my vehicle to the dealership. I was able to take my car to another location (

I brought my Honda Pilot in two years after having four new tires put on at Firestone in June of 2023. My receipt said that they were under warranty up to 70k miles. I brought it in two years later (45k miles) because of hydroplaning and excessive tread wear. I kept the tires rotated every other oil change, not knowing anything else would be necessary. After checking it, they said that while I did need all new tires, they were not able to honor the warranty because I hadn't gotten alignments there every six months since they were put on- a detail that was not shared when I bought them. They also said that alignments are not covered and had to be paid for outright with each one costing ~$125. This is a scam. I will never purchase tires here again and will be sure to warn others as well. Re
