Firestone Complete Auto Care

I started using Firestone six months ago for my automotive needs and have been very satisfied with my experiences with the service in particular Gwen(receptionist) and Eric one of the mechanics. They have got me in quickly and done quality work and fair pricing compared to other shops doing similar work. I trust them as they have been honest and up-front...highly recommend this place.💯

The staff in both administratively and technically are outstanding in every possible way. They go the extra mile we needed, they provide amazing service, and as a customer they make sure that I'm not overbilled or overpaying when there's a simple solution. I can't say enough good about this store. We were traveling on I-81 and hit part of a recap tire on the road. It broke the engine shield under our car and it was dragging. This was the only shop that was open on Saturday. We stopped and explained our plight. They worked on it immediately, and charged us very little to tie wrap it up to get us home, 3 hours away. We were so happy they were able to fit us in to help us. Thanks to Jeff.

My daughter’s car was making clicking sound and they test drived 3 time and found out it was only due to rust on the rear brake rotor because the car was not driven for a while. They also noticed that the rear differential oil was seeping through, but the fluid was full, nothing of concern. We only paid for the diagnostics. Very honest and great service! I’d go there anytime.

Got me into the shop the same day (within 3 hours of visiting the website); started and completed work promptly, prices were extremely fair, folks were courteous and thorough. Trust is a huge thing when you have an older car, that the service provider will 1) find major issues and 2) won't make up issues to pad the bill. I trust Firestone with both issues.
